Ages 12yrs. to Masters welcome 

Athletes age from 12yrs must be financial members of ANSW for the 2022-23 season. 12 - 16yrs who are members of LANSW can register as a dual athlete for free through https://www.nswathletics.org.au/get-involved/membership/

Entry fee for event will be $20 ** A gate entry fee of $6.50 may be additional, this is to be confirmed

There will be 2 starting heights 

Warm up 12pm for 3.00m starting height.      Competition 1.00pm start

Warm up 2.00pm for 1.40m starting height.    Competition 2.30pm start

(Could be a bit earlier if the first comp finishes early)
