Volunteers

Sports clubs are dependent on the time generosity of volunteers that serve on their committees, that Coach and that become Accredited Officials.

Some of the skills and experiences of volunteers required by the Manly Warringah Athletics Club include:

  • Planning and organising
  • Securing sponsorships
  • Excel skills
  • Writing and technology skills
  • Results and records management.

Regular competitions and championships are people and time intensive and rely on the availability of Accredited Technical Officials.
